1.Feeder system

(2) The atomizer adopts frequency converter to adjust the speed of atomizer to achieve the best atomization effect. By lowering the atomizer base and increasing the distance between the atomizer tray and the top of the tower, the atomizing liquid droplets cannot return to the top under the spinning of the wind, so as to ensure the normal operation of the system.With high speed motor drive, the spindle speeds up to 15000 ~ 16000R.P.M,through the gear box, making the atomizer line speed up to 130m/min, ensuring atomization effect. With the digital automatic detection device for oil pressure, the main shaft is equipped with water-cooled oil cooling device to ensure that the spindle is not affected by high temperature. According to the requirements of finished products, the orifice, square hole or rhombus hole can be used for the hole shape of the atomizer.
